Savannah Party Bus & Charter Bus Rentals
Savannah is one of the most walkable cities in the South — until your group of 30 tries to get from the Southside hotels to River Street on a St. Patrick's Day weekend. That's where a Savannah party bus rental changes the whole equation. Fill out a quick form or call 854-300-6410 and compare vehicles and rates in seconds, no account required.
Party Bus Rentals in Savannah
Northcharlestonpartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It's a quote-comparison website — fill out one form or call 854-300-6410, and you instantly see different vehicles, packages, and rates from transportation providers serving Savannah and the surrounding Coastal Empire region. Instead of calling company after company, describing your trip over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up, you get options side by side in seconds.
No account. No obligation. Free quote, any time.
That means when you're trying to move a 45-person wedding party between a venue in the Historic District and a hotel block on Abercorn Street, you're not limited to whatever one company happens to have available. You see the full picture — different bus types, different capacities, different price points — and you pick what actually fits your trip. Charter buses, minibuses, party buses, Sprinter vans, Sprinter limos: all of it is searchable in one place.

A 56-passenger charter bus handles the long haul — corporate groups coming in from Atlanta on I-16, sports fan groups heading to Statesboro for a Georgia Southern game — with reclining seats, climate control, overhead storage, and onboard restrooms.

Savannah Party Bus Rates Built for Your Budget
Savannah party bus rental prices shift with the season, the vehicle, and how long you need it. A minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 per hour on weekends, making it a sharp pick for short hotel-to-venue shuttles in the Historic District. A 25-passenger party bus typically runs $250–$375 per hour depending on the date.
A full 56-passenger charter bus comes in around $200–$350 per hour — and split across a large group, that math gets very attractive very fast.
St. Patrick's Day weekend in Savannah is the single sharpest demand spike in the market — rates climb and availability disappears weeks out. Book well before March if that's your date. For pricing on your specific date and itinerary, the fastest move is to call 854-300-6410 or use the online form.
Getting a quote for your trip takes about a minute. Check the party bus prices page for current planning ranges.

Stop Calling Around — Compare Savannah Party Buses Here
Savannah is deceptively tricky to navigate with a large group. The Historic District's one-way street grid — Bull Street running south, Drayton Street running north, the squares cutting up every through-route — means a first-timer trying to coordinate five cars from a Southside hotel to a River Street reception is going to lose at least two of them before they cross Bay Street. Add St. Patrick's Day road closures on Abercorn Street and Bull Street, and even locals rethink driving.
Northcharlestonpartybuscompany.com makes the transportation piece simple. You come to this site, fill out the form or call 854-300-6410, and within seconds you have options — vehicles, rates, and availability from providers serving Savannah and the Coastal Empire. No calling around.
No waiting on callbacks. No sorting through five quotes that were all built differently. You get what you need in one place, any time of day or night.
The network covers everything: a single van transfer from Savannah/Hilton Head International, a fleet of charter buses for a SCAD graduation weekend, or a party bus for a pub crawl through City Market. Whatever the trip, the search starts here. Call 854-300-6410 right now — or use the online tool to see what's available.
Savannah Party Bus Rentals for Your Occasion
From airport transfers and wedding shuttles to bachelorette nights, sporting events, concerts, corporate shuttles, and school field trips — whatever brings your group to Savannah, there's a bus in the network ready for it. Call 854-300-6410 to compare options today.

Savannah Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) (400 Airways Ave, Savannah, GA 31408) sits about 8 miles northwest of the Historic District via I-516 East to I-16 East — roughly 15 minutes in light traffic, 35 or more during peak arrival windows on SCAD graduation weekends or major convention days at the Savannah Convention Center. The airport's commercial vehicle pickup area is curbside on the Arrivals level, and the critical detail is timing: have your group coordinator confirm everyone has bags and is assembled at the agreed-upon door before the bus moves to the curb — not before.
For large groups flying in from multiple cities for a wedding or corporate retreat, a Savannah airport shuttle through this network means one clean transfer to the hotel block rather than a parade of rideshares and rental cars splitting up before anyone even checks in. Call 854-300-6410 to build your airport transfer plan.

Savannah Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Savannah's open-container law is one of the most famous in the country — to-go cups are legal in the Historic District — which makes a pub crawl through City Market, Congress Street, and River Street one of the most requested bachelorette itineraries in the Southeast. The problem isn't finding bars. It's getting the whole group from a hotel on Bay Street to the first stop at The Savannah Taproom, through Congress Street Live, to a late-night finish at Bar Bar, without losing half the group to rideshare wait times at midnight on a Saturday.
A 25-passenger party bus keeps everyone together stop to stop. The LED lighting and sound system build the energy before you even walk in the door. Savannah bachelorette bus rentals run roughly $275–$375 per hour on weekends — split across 20 people, that's under $20 a head per hour.
Call 854-300-6410 to check availability for your date.

Savannah Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Savannah has no shortage of event venues for milestone celebrations — from ballrooms at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa (1 Resort Dr, Savannah, GA 31421) on Hutchinson Island to private event spaces in restored Historic District mansions. The Westin's island location means guests driving themselves have to cross the Talmadge Bridge and navigate the hotel's resort approach, which congests fast when multiple events are running simultaneously on a Saturday night.
A 30-passenger party bus or a 40-passenger option handles the guest shuttle from a central Downtown pickup point directly to the resort entrance, so nobody is circling the bridge ramp at 7pm. For Sweet 16 and quinceañera groups wanting a grand arrival, a 14-passenger Sprinter limo makes the entrance. Savannah birthday bus rentals are bookable any time — call 854-300-6410 to check your date.

Savannah Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Savannah Music Festival runs about 16 days each spring across more than a dozen Historic District venues — the Savannah Theatre, Trinity United Methodist Church, and the Lucas Theatre among them. Parking in the Historic District is metered and aggressively enforced; the squares eliminate most through-traffic options, and the one-way grid means circling for a spot after an 11pm show can eat 20 minutes before you even get out of Oglethorpe Square.
A Savannah concert bus rental drops your group at the venue entrance and stages nearby while you're inside. For Georgia Southern Eagle games at Paulson Stadium in Statesboro — about 50 miles west on US-80 — a 56-passenger charter bus keeps the whole group together without anyone losing each other on the two-lane stretch outside town. Call 854-300-6410 to lock in your concert or event date.

Savannah Corporate Event Transportation
The Savannah Convention Center (1 International Dr, Savannah, GA 31402) sits on Hutchinson Island, connected to the Historic District by the Talmadge Memorial Bridge on US-17. That bridge detail matters: oversized vehicles have a posted vertical clearance of 185 feet, but the approach from Bay Street during peak convention load-in can back up significantly when multiple groups are shuttling simultaneously. Bus drop-off uses the International Drive entrance on the north side of the building.
For corporate groups staying in Southside hotels near Abercorn Street or the DeRenne Avenue corridor — 10 to 15 minutes from the convention center in normal traffic — a minibus shuttle circuit keeps the schedule tight without anyone hunting for parking on Hutchinson Island. A Savannah corporate charter bus also works well for team-building days that run the group from a downtown hotel out to Tybee Island and back. Call 854-300-6410 to discuss group rates and shuttle schedules.

Savannah Private Event Transportation Services
St. Patrick's Day in Savannah is not a local holiday — it's the second-largest St. Patrick's Day celebration in the United States, drawing over 400,000 people to the city over a single weekend in March. The City of Savannah closes Abercorn Street, Bull Street, and large portions of the Historic District grid to vehicular traffic beginning the morning of the parade. Rideshare pricing on that Saturday runs 4x to 6x base rates by mid-afternoon, and many rideshare vehicles simply stop accepting rides in the District entirely after the parade ends.
Groups that book a Savannah charter bus for St. Patrick's Day weekend stage their vehicle outside the closure zone and coordinate group departure times before road closures begin. For the Spoleto Festival USA in Charleston — just 108 miles up I-95 — a charter bus handles the round trip without anyone sweating a return drive at midnight. Book St. Patrick's Day weekend at least four months out.
Call 854-300-6410 before that date fills.

Savannah Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across Chatham County schools runs late April through May, and demand for party buses in Savannah spikes hard during that six-week window. Savannah Arts Academy, Savannah High School, Jenkins High School, and Windsor Forest High School all hold proms within a short stretch — and the popular venue choices, including the Savannah Station event venue and waterfront ballrooms along the riverfront, fill ground transportation availability fast.
For Savannah prom: book by January. Waiting until March means premium pricing or no vehicle at the size your group needs. A Savannah prom party bus seats 15 to 50 passengers and takes the coordination pressure off entirely — one pickup, one drop-off, everyone arrives together.
Call 854-300-6410 right now to check what's still available on your school's date.

Savannah School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips in Savannah cover serious ground — the Georgia State Railroad Museum (655 Louisville Rd, Savannah, GA 31401), Tybee Island Marine Science Center (1509 Strand Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328), and the Savannah Children's Museum (655 Louisville Rd) are all popular destinations that require bus logistics through the Historic District or out US-80 to Tybee. US-80 East to Tybee Island is a single two-lane causeway — it backs up badly on warm weekday mornings when school groups converge with beach traffic, so early departure is essential.
A Savannah school field trip bus rental on a 40-56 passenger charter bus includes onboard restrooms, overhead storage for backpacks and lunches, and climate control — which matters significantly on a Georgia coast morning in May. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; note it when you request your quote. Call 854-300-6410 to get started.

Savannah Sporting Event Transportation
The Savannah Bananas, one of the most-watched baseball entertainment acts in the country, play home games at Historic Grayson Stadium (1401 E Victory Dr, Savannah, GA 31404) in the Daffin Park neighborhood, about 2.5 miles southeast of the Historic District via Abercorn Street. Grayson Stadium seats 5,000 and sells out almost every game. Street parking around Daffin Park fills well before first pitch, and Abercorn Street southbound from downtown backs up sharply on game nights.
A Savannah sports charter bus drops your group at the Victory Drive entrance and picks everyone up curbside after the show — no parking, no traffic, no splitting the group across three rideshares at 10pm. For fan groups making the trip to watch Georgia Southern Eagles football in Statesboro at Paulson Stadium (100 Paulson Stadium Rd, Statesboro, GA 30458) — 49 miles west on US-80 — a charter bus keeps the tailgate going the whole way there. Call 854-300-6410 to get your game-day bus sorted.

Savannah Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Savannah wedding logistics are genuinely complicated. The most popular ceremony venues — Forsyth Park, the Cathedral of Saint John the Baptist (222 E Harris St), the Green-Meldrim House — are in the Historic District, where the one-way grid means a vehicle that drops guests at the church cannot simply loop back the same way to the hotel. Receptions at the Olde Pink House (23 Abercorn St), the Savannah Yacht Club on Wilmington Island, or the Westin Savannah Harbor require completely different approach routes.
A Savannah wedding shuttle bus handles all of it — hotel block to ceremony, ceremony to cocktail hour, cocktail hour to reception, and late-night returns — without anyone in your wedding party trying to navigate Bay Street at 11pm in formal wear. A 15–35 passenger minibus is a great fit for guest shuttles between a Southside hotel and a Historic District venue; a Sprinter limo handles the bridal party. Call 854-300-6410 — wedding weekends book fast, especially in April, October, and November.

Savannah Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Savannah's drinking culture is genuinely unique — the to-go cup law means the crawl from Vinnie Van Go-Go's on Jefferson Street through the Congress Street corridor to the rooftop at Rocks on the Roof at the Bohemian Hotel (102 W Bay St) is entirely legal to do cup in hand on the sidewalk. The Historic District is walkable, but a group of 25 moving between City Market, the Savannah Taproom (125 W Congress St), and a late stop at Artillery (307 Bull St) still needs a way to get back to the Southside hotel at 1am without waiting 40 minutes for rideshares.
A Savannah pub crawl party bus stages between stops and handles the return trip on a fixed schedule. For groups wanting to add a vineyard component, Jekyll Island and the Georgia Wine Highway are reachable by charter bus on a day-trip itinerary. Call 854-300-6410 to build your crawl route and get a quote.

How much does a party bus cost in Savannah?
Savannah party bus rental prices vary by vehicle type, date, and how long you need it. As a planning reference: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350 per hour on weekdays and $250–$350 on weekends; a 25-passenger party bus comes in around $250–$375 per hour on weekends; a 40–56 passenger charter bus runs approximately $200–$350 per hour. St. Patrick's Day weekend and SCAD graduation weekend are the two highest-demand windows in Savannah — rates rise and availability drops fast on those dates.
For pricing on your trip, call 854-300-6410 or use the online form. Getting a quote for your specific date takes about a minute.
When is the busiest time to rent a party bus in Savannah?
St. Patrick's Day weekend in March is the single highest-demand window in the Savannah market — over 400,000 visitors come to the city, road closures affect the entire Historic District, and rideshare pricing spikes to multiples of normal rates. SCAD graduation weekend in May is the second-busiest, filling hotel rooms and ground transportation simultaneously. Prom season (April–May) creates heavy demand across Chatham County schools.
For any of these dates, booking four to six months in advance is strongly recommended. For all other events, two to four weeks of lead time is workable — but earlier is always cheaper and gives you more vehicle options.
Where do buses drop off at Historic Grayson Stadium for Savannah Bananas games?
Historic Grayson Stadium (1401 E Victory Dr, Savannah, GA 31404) is accessed from Victory Drive, with the main entrance on the stadium's east side off of E Victory Drive. Street parking in the surrounding Daffin Park neighborhood fills well before first pitch on Bananas games, and Abercorn Street southbound from downtown backs up on game nights. A bus drops your group at the Victory Drive entrance curbside and coordinates a post-show pickup at the same point — far easier than trying to retrieve scattered cars from residential streets after the show.
Check the official Savannah Bananas stadium page for current event-night logistics before your visit.
How does a bus work for St. Patrick's Day in Savannah?
The City of Savannah closes major streets in the Historic District — including Bull Street and Abercorn Street — to vehicle traffic beginning the morning of the parade, typically in mid-March. A charter bus or party bus for St. Patrick's Day stages outside the closure perimeter and coordinates group departure windows timed around the closure schedule, meaning your group gets in and out without competing with 400,000 people trying to hail rideshares simultaneously at midnight. Review the City of Savannah's official website for the current year's road closure map and parade route before your visit — closure boundaries can shift year to year.
Can a charter bus get to Tybee Island?
Yes. Tybee Island is accessed via US-80 East, a two-lane causeway that is the only road onto the island. Full-size 56-passenger charter buses can travel US-80 without restriction, but the causeway backs up significantly on warm weather weekends and holidays — travel time from the Historic District can run 45 minutes or more during peak periods versus a normal 25-minute drive.
For beach day group trips, scheduling departure times before 10am and return trips before 4pm keeps the group out of the worst of the causeway congestion. Call 854-300-6410 to plan your Tybee trip around the traffic realities.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Savannah?
For St. Patrick's Day weekend, SCAD graduation, or prom season — book four to six months ahead, minimum. Waiting until the month of the event for any of those dates typically means your preferred vehicle size is gone or pricing has risen significantly. For weddings in April, October, or November — Savannah's peak wedding months — three to four months is a safe window.
For most other trips outside those peak periods, two to four weeks of lead time works, though earlier always gives you more choices and better pricing. Call 854-300-6410 now to check what's available on your date.
Popular Savannah Party Bus Destinations
Savannah's most-visited spots span the Historic District's cobblestone squares, the Tybee Island coast, Hutchinson Island, and everything in between. Here's what a group planner needs to know about navigating each one by bus — not just what it is, but how a 45-foot vehicle actually gets there and where it goes once it does.

River Street
River Street (Savannah, GA 31401) runs along the Savannah River at the base of the Historic District bluff, below Bay Street. Access for large vehicles is limited: the primary approach for buses is via the ramp on the west end near W River Street off of W Bay Street, as the cobblestone lane itself is narrow and delivery-oriented. Large groups heading to River Street for dinner at Huey's on the River or a night along the waterfront bars benefit enormously from a bus drop-off at the top of the bluff on Bay Street — the group walks down the ramp together rather than hunting for the handful of metered spots on the street level, which fill by early afternoon on weekends.
On St. Patrick's Day, River Street is the epicenter of the celebration and pedestrian-only for the entire weekend. Call 854-300-6410 to build your River Street itinerary around a bus.

Forsyth Park
Forsyth Park (2 W Gaston St, Savannah, GA 31401) is Savannah's most iconic public space — a 30-acre park at the south end of the Bull Street corridor anchored by the famous 1858 cast-iron fountain. It's a popular ceremony backdrop for weddings and a gathering point for the Savannah Food & Wine Festival each November and the Savannah Jazz Festival in September. Street parking around the park perimeter on Gaston Street, Park Avenue, and Whitaker Street is metered and limited; on event days it is essentially nonexistent.
A minibus or charter bus stages on nearby Whitaker Street or Drayton Street and times drop-off to the event schedule, keeping your group from circling the park loop looking for a spot. For wedding ceremonies at Forsyth, a minibus handles the hotel-to-park transfer cleanly. Call 854-300-6410 to plan your Forsyth event transfer.

Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV)
Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (400 Airways Ave, Savannah, GA 31408) is about 8 miles northwest of the Historic District, primarily accessed via US-80 West to I-516 East or via I-16 East. The airport continues to see steady passenger growth, and terminal curbside on the Arrivals level is where commercial pickups stage, with vehicles directed by airport operations staff. For large wedding or corporate groups arriving on multiple flights over a single afternoon, staggered pickup windows with a bus holding in the nearby cell phone lot between arrivals is far more efficient than coordinating individual rideshares across three different arrival times.
Check the official SAV ground transportation page before arrival for current curbside protocols. Call 854-300-6410 to set up your airport transfer.

Georgia State Railroad Museum
The Georgia State Railroad Museum (655 Louisville Rd, Savannah, GA 31401) is one of the largest intact antebellum railroad facilities in the United States, operating as a living history museum in the Savannah Historic District's western edge near the Roundhouse complex. It's a top destination for school field trips and corporate team-building events. The Louisville Road approach is straightforward for large vehicles — the museum grounds include a surface parking area capable of accommodating charter buses, making this one of the easier historic venues in Savannah for large-group drop-off.
The museum is open seven days a week; group visits require advance reservation through the museum's group tours coordinator. A 40–56 passenger charter bus is a natural fit for school groups given the onboard restrooms and storage for packed lunches. Call 854-300-6410 to book the bus leg of your field trip.

Tybee Island
Tybee Island (Tybee Island, GA 31328), about 18 miles east of Savannah via US-80 East, is the closest ocean beach to the Historic District — and the only road there is the US-80 causeway, which means traffic behaves predictably badly on warm weekends. The island's main beach access at the North Beach and South Beach parking areas charges per-vehicle parking rates, and both lots fill by mid-morning on summer Saturdays. A charter bus to Tybee removes that calculus entirely: one vehicle, one parking arrangement, and the group arrives and departs together.
For bachelorette beach days, birthday groups, and corporate outings, a 40-passenger party bus makes the causeway ride part of the experience. Tybee Island also hosts the Tybee Island Pirate Fest in October — road closures apply on Strand Avenue and Butler Avenue during the event. Depart early.
Call 854-300-6410 to plan your Tybee bus trip.

City Market
City Market (219 W Bryan St, Savannah, GA 31401) is a four-block open-air district in the Historic District between Ellis Square and Franklin Square, packed with restaurants, galleries, and live music venues. It's the anchor stop for nearly every bachelorette crawl, birthday night, and tourist group itinerary in Savannah. The surrounding streets — Jefferson Street, Barnard Street, W St. Julian Street — are narrow, one-way, and heavily pedestrian on weekend evenings.
Large buses stage on W Bryan Street or on Montgomery Street at the market's western edge. For pub crawl groups moving between City Market, the Congress Street bar corridor, and a late River Street stop, a party bus parked one block away is far more practical than trying to hail enough rideshares at midnight when every group in the Historic District is doing the same thing simultaneously. Call 854-300-6410 to lock in your City Market night.
